Comes with USM-8 supplied software for Windows operating system for monitoring and data handling in the "on-line" format. The system is simple and easy to maintain, easy to scale. Multi-channel flaw detector USM-8 is also equipped with software and hardware support for installing additional equipment: path sensor, light barrier, coordinate device, defect meter, sound and light alarm, etc.


The USM-8 flaw detector is used in conjunction with automatic control systems in industrial plants, in production complexes with continuous technological processes. The permissible speed of linear displacement of objects can be up to 10 m / s. With these parameters, the multichannel flaw detector provides high accuracy and reliability of measurements.

The block structure of the USM-8 flaw detector layout allows the user to determine the number and type of channels: Ultrasonic, Eddy current or Impedance. Channels can work synchronously or asynchronously, all testing methods are available simultaneously, support for peripheral and process equipment is provided.


  • Programming of the excitation pulse amplitude up to 300 V.
